About This Product
The Dremel EZ541GR 1-1/2 in. Grinding Wheel features a Domed Shaped wheel allows the accessory to be used for surface and flush grinding first for Dremel Rotary. The EZ Lock Grinding wheel is a 1-1/2 in. Dia wheel and 0.075 in. thick. Lasts 4X longer and removes 2X more material than Dremel 541.

Probably not, it may make small groves but would take multiple dics to finish the job
If it's hollow, perhaps. If it's solid, not a chance.
