Please review the included Owners Manual : Always engage and disengage wheel locks on both sides
1. To Slow Down or Come to a Temporary Stop — Pull
up slowly on the loop locks with four fingers until unit
slows down or comes to a temporary stop.
2. To Temporarily Lock Wheels in Position — Press down
on both loop locks with palms until you hear a “click”
that will tell you wheels are locked.
3. To Release Wheel Locks — Push up on both loop locks
with palms of hand to original position.

What is the size of it

Box it came in is 31" high 24" wide fully assembled except for handles which are very easy to install.
This appears to be a great product, but the manual is weak. Assembly is a breeze (no meaningful help from the manual), but I find myself left with 3 black plastic pieces and a strap, which - per another question - is used to help fold it up. No idea where these pieces go or if they were just shipping blocks.

The Rollator came almost totally assembled except for some parts that merely had to be inserted into the sturdy frame. The overall construction is of outstanding quality into a handsome product that is extremely strong and well-built. The Rollator looks like a quality piece of medical equipment and not a toy. It can take you anywhere that has a reasonably flat and durable surface. I am more than pleased with my Rollator!
