Mine is 23” high.
Well: I added two layers of two x fours (wide side down) to the undersides on both sides to raise the bars. And then I added anti-skid rubber pads to the bottom of the 2 x 4s to prevent/minimize skidding. I would suggest, if you're concerned, ask a home depot sales person to find you the adhesive rubber pads, cut them to the desired width, and attached them to the bottom of the rails. Problem solved, although you may still experience some skidding, depending on how you apply pressure to the rails when in use, you won't feel unsafe. I recommend the product.
I believe the width can be found on line, but the item provides plenty of room for toilet access.
I did not see a rating for weight, but I am 250 and it seems plenty sturdy to me.
It sits on the floor in front of the toilet so it'll fit anything. (Not just toilets)
Yes, kinda small, tho.
Distance between the inner edges of the handles is 21" and the top edge is 26" above the floor. The base is 28" wide by 19" front to back.
