Hello Jeff, as long as the sheathing act as a nail base the Tyvek® Roof Protector™ would be able to be installed over it because the Tyvek® Roof Protector™ has to be mechanically fastened to the sheathing.
Does this product stick to the roof (by preapplied adhesive or something like it) by itself or is it only held on by nails. Obviously it needs nails to finish the job, i was just curiois of its sticky
Hello - The DuPont™ Tyvek® Roof Protector™ has to be mechanically fastened to the roof sheathing with capped fasteners. There is no adhesive on it and none should be used.
Can this be used over OSB for under lament under metal roofing?

Can you put this under peel and stick Cap roll shingles
Hello - The lowest recommended slope for use with the Tyvek® Roof Protector is 2:12, in looking at the installation guidelines for peel and stick cap roll shingles, it appears that these should be applied directly to the roof deck, not over an underlayment. We would direct you to the manufacturer of the peel and stick roofing product.
