Hi. I am thinking of using this as an overhead shade cloth. Will this material degrade or crumble in the sun? (I understand that the "UV" protection won't last forever - that's not what I'm asking.) I don't want plastic everywhere.
Hello, it is recommended to cover the product within 120 days for it's intended use. This product is not a cloth-like material and may be noisy with a breeze.
Like others have asked... WHAT IS IN THE KIT! Seems very miss-leading to claim that it covers 1500 sq. ft of wall space.. and most likely includes 1 roll of material that is 5 x 200 ft. Math might not be Dupont's strong suit.

Does it matter which side faces the structure?
Yes. This product needs to be installed with the words tyvek on the outside and make sure the letters are not upside down or backwards.
