            Answer This Question

Typically we see a 20 or 25 amp double pole breaker installed for this circuit however the final determination would be made by your HVAC or electrical contractor.

No, the indoor blower will always be on just at different levels depending on the need being called for.

The indoor fan will always run. Unlike central HVAC systems that turn the indoor blower on and off, allowing temperature to fluctuate up and down, inverter-driven mini split systems continuously monitor inside temperature and adjust output to maintain the temperature

We highly recommend having a professional run a manual J load calculation on your space to appropriately size the system based on your application. *These estimates are for best case scenario being a square room w/ 8' ceilings, no windows and in a 72-degree climate. Of course, many other factors affect the coverage area. *12,000 btu = 600 sq. ft *18,000 btu = 900 sq. ft *24,000 btu = 1200 sq. ft

                        Don't buy one of these
I bought three of these units and one out of three worked correctly. They're junk. Pay more and get s quality product. Their supposed website doesn't exist and my email message were not answered. Fourteen leaks on air handler front coil alone. Didn't need to test the back side. my family breathed over 5 pounds of R410 Freon!

                          Terrible Customer Sdervice
Ordered this unit online from Home Depot a few months before having it installed by a very experienced HVAC company/technician of over 20 years. It was completely installed with all the piping and electrical ran through the wall. Immediately started receiving error codes that indicated the PCB motherboard in the exterior unit was not working. The tech recommended that the exterior unit be sent back and replace to allow the install to stay in place or send a new PCB. The technician and I called the so-called customer service and they said to return the unit in its entirety to Home Depot in order to get a new complete unit. This would have meant disassembling the unit off the pad and off the interior wall. The tech then requested just the PCB and I sent in the required paperwork. I then received an email that said we didn't send the required photos of the wiring, completely ignoring the expertise of the tech making the request. This would require the tech to come back out for a service call for pictures then return and charge me again for the repair. Even with the part covered the service calls alone would be about $300 which is the cost of the PCB. Terrible customer service and warranty process especially since it never worked properly from the start. Going on three months since this problem started and still without resolution and the customer service can't find all my emails. Don't roll the dice on this company.

                            Great Garage Gym Cooling Option
It's only been up and running for a week but I have been really impressed how quickly it cools down my three car garage. I have a small gym setup in there and so far I have been turning the unit on 20 mins before I jump in there and by the time I start working out it is considerably cooler in the entire garage. Time will tell on reliability and I will say that you have to mail in all the warranty paperwork. I wish there was an option to do it online to save time and effort. Their website also says coming soon which was a bit odd.

E1 error code less than 26 months since install. New board is $400 so not worth the expense. Customer Service was not very helpful. I initially loved my purchase. But that quickly changed. I regret purchasing it. I had it professionally installed with a surge protector but that didn't help anything.

We have only had the unit installed for a week. I can say, so far so good. It is very quiet and is doing a great job with keeping us cool in the Texas heat that we are already experiencing.

Great unit for a great price!
We had this unit installed a couple weeks ago in our garage. It works great and cools quickly in the N.C. heat. Haven’t tried the heat function yet, but expect it will be equally as good. Will say this is a job for the pro’s, so I would recommend a contractor that is the route we took. Wish we had bought it sooner.

Great unit at a great price!
This was the perfect heatpump for my space and I liked the features and efficiency and the fact that it qualifies for the federal tax discount. My neighbor, who's a hvac professional, installed it for me. It's not a diy project in my opinion. you could do it, but you really need the right tools, including vacuum pump ang gauges to make sure you do it 100% right. I consider myself pretty handy and fix most things around the house but I'm glad I had a pro do it. Also like that this is 240 instead of 120. My neighbor strongly recommended I go that route and felt that 120 causes the amps to get too high.

We are extremely happy with this purchase. It is a great value compared to other brands with similar features. It looks great and the multiple functions are easy to use and provide a wide range of options. This particular model has a "Turbo" function that allows for fast cooling or heating. We highly recommend this product.

I purchased, and then had installed by a licensed contractor. I’m very pleased with this unit, although I’ve only had it a short time. It’s heating a 1300sq. ft. garage quite well, as it’s been in the low 20s and mid teens at night. It gets very hot here in Eastern Washington during the summer, so I’m really looking forward to using my garage year round. Very good purchase at this point. Everything, including the wall brackets are well made.
