North Texas weather is hot and humid in the Summer time, I bought this 2 ton unit hoping it will keep the area where it is installed nice and cold, and it sure did! Powerful, yet very quite. I like the wifi feature too. Very happy so far with my purchase.

replaced the 12000btu Ductless Aire that gave out after less than a year and this upgrade is big. It should be great for our hot summers and cold winters. Our local AC business did the install for under $700.00 in my 10'x 40' Bait and Tackle Shop in Eastern WA

I wish I would have bought it sooner!
I bought this and had it installed in our 3-car garage in AZ where the temperature gets unbearable inside it in the summer. I have it set at 82 degrees, and it feels amazing in there so far (late May) and hasn't made our energy bill skyrocket. I just bought an electric vehicle and plan to add some Tesla Power Walls to the garage as well, so I'm hoping a more temperate condition will make things last longer too.

            DuctlessAire 18000BTU Mini split
The unit arrived quickly and on time. Packaging was sturdy and undamaged. The instructions were very clear and the install was pretty much by the book. Had HVAC guy make connections and vacuum check. Everything went smooth and blowing cold air now. I’ll have to wait for cooler weather to really see how it heats.

                Quiet and compact
I have a large open area and the 12K BTU unit was a perfect fit to blend in with the Ductlessaire 24K BTU unit. It was easy to install and the unit is very quiet when running. I could not be happier with the Ductlessaire units.

                  Works Great, Easy Installation
The unit was easy to install and works greats. The complete install only took 6 hours to complete once the electrician completed his job. I really like the LED display on the front cover showing the temperature. My only complaint was the wiring instructions between the indoor and outdoor units was not very clear. A quick call to factory cleared up the confusion.

                    So far so good!
I am a major DIY person, so I undertook this project to get more efficiency in my double wide. I have more tools than the average homeowner; the only thing I had to purchase was an adapter for my gauge manifold to connect to the low side port. The directions were good, they seem to be geared towards a professional, but I was able to follow the easily enough. The unit took me a long time to install, as I was going for a seamless look. As I type this, it is blowing ice cubes in my main room!
