How easily is this fireplace switched from one fuel source to another? For example, if it is originally hooked up to natural gas supply, can it easily be switched over to propane fuel if needed?
The dual fuel units has two hook gas hook ups in the back one is for propane with blue plunger and the other side is for natural gas with yellow plunger. What clearance is necessary on the side of the unit? Can it be put again a side wall in a corner?
Clearances from outermost point of heater to any combustible side wall should not be less than 7". Clearances from the heater to the ceiling should not be less than 42". Note: When heater is installed directly on carpeting, vinyl or other combustible material, other than wood flooring, the heater must be installed on a metal or wood panel extending the full width and depth of the heater.
Which blower will I need with it

Wonder why they will not sell this product...add cost with blower installed
