Overview

Duraflame fire start firelighters are the fast, sure way to start a fire. Paper-wrapped for clean handling, they light with just 1 match, and burn up to 30-minutes, long enough to start the most stubborn wood fire. Lighting wood fires with newspaper or kindling produces a significant portion of the total emissions of a wood fire. Using Duraflame fire starters to light a wood fire results in faster and more complete ignition of the fire reducing emissions of particulate matter and carbon monoxide.

I have always purchased the 6oz 48 pack box. Why isn't this size available anymore or is it that my store just no longer stocks this size? I prefer to purchase in larger quantities which means I will need to make less trips to the store.

Thank you for contacting us. We are in the process of discontinuing the 6 oz firestart firelighters, however they will now be available in a new size - 4.5 Oz - both in 12 and 24 count cases. Our new firestart firelighters are made with a more aggressive formula, and with its new compact size, they’re great for indoor and outdoor use. Also, the new firestarters burn for the same amount of time as the 6oz firelighters did! You can find a retailer selling this product near you by using our product locator on our website.
