Hello. There is not a recycle number for this planter at this time.
Any updates on BPA? Any info on what type of plastic is used? It is very important to let your customers know if it's safe to grow edible plant in your products.
This product has not been tested for that purpose.
How much soil do these hold? Description says 29.9 quarts but i know thats not correct.
This resin planter actually holds up to 1.5 quarts (plant + soil). We are sorry for the error.

All of our planters are safe for growing fruits and vegetables.
Are these safe for growing vegetables? I don't see what # plastic they are
I grew tomatoes in these, but they're very flimsy. So if you want to move them around filled, they'll crack/break. I wouldn't buy these again as I keep the potting soil in them and cover for the winter. Then add more compost and potting soil in spring, but moving them around full, unless you're strong enough to pick them up (very heavy), not a great choice. I've also been switching over to cloth bags, better for the roots of your plants.
All of our planters are safe to grow fruits and vegetables in.
