It’s most likely clogged between the the brush and the canister. I had this happen, and was able to unclog using my shop vac. Remove the canister and look for the opening for dirt to travel. This is where I put the shop vac. Regarding the brush rotation, make sure the silver switch is on. Hope this helps.

Is this vacuum comfortable for a person over 6' to use without stooping over?
I think it would. The man who used it for me seemed to vacuum with ease. He never said it was uncomfortable for him at 6'+ and he did not appear to be 'stooped over'.
My best answer is ‘likely’. The handle/wand extends up to 42”. To engage the motor, you tilt the handle/wand assembly down. The motor will then continue to function until upright. Hence, the range to keep motor engaged is fairly liberal. Hence, I suspect it to also work for a taller person.This is a great little product.
The handle telescopes up. I am 6'1" and have no problem with it.
The vacuum itself is 42" tall, you will bend a few inches down before vacuuming. You can use a stick at home to gauge it before you guy.

Yes, I bought mine last week. They delivered it today and installed it in under 1 hour. I had a great experience!for being a canister vacuum it is good with pet hair. I have a pet with a double coat and it works well. If you have one that shed's a lot like mine does though you need to empty the canister often.
The machine is junk - I would not recommend it for purchase.
Not very good, and not very good on carpet. If you want to vacuum hardwood or tile it does well, anything else and it sucks.
This is small vacuum so it weak you need bigger one, this one just ok for real small job.
No problem with pet hair. It is very powerful and sucks up all kinds of hair!
