I order 2 items, the Echo Trimmer Head to replace the worn out one on my SRM 2400. On the same purchase order, I purchased an additional .095 trimmer line. Both items were purchased on my Home Depot Credit Card. My intent was to pick up both items at the same time. The .095 trimmer line was returned to the shelf and my account credited because I had not picked it up within the Home Depot time frame. Not a problem, the SRM ECHOmatic trimmer head arrived several days later. I picked the trimmer head up, took it home and installed it with no problems.
