Hi Ryan, Yes it will remove those types of stains. It might take more than one application to remove.
At recommended use dilutions it will be ok near plants, shrubs, and flowers. It is recommended to first wet the plants just with water, proceed to clean the surfaces nearby then rinse the plants off afterwards with fresh water. Do not dispose of the concentrate in ponds, waterways or ditches.

Hi Chuck, Yes this will work at removing dirt and residue from plastic slats and fencing.
Hello John! Thanks for your question! This formula was purposefully designed to perform without bleach and should only be used with water in your pressure wash machine.

Hello Nestor and thank you for this question. The square foot coverage of this product is challenging to report since the calculation would depend on the type of surface you are cleaning and the level of soil of the product. We recommend diluting 5 oz for a light soil and 20 oz for a heavy soil. A rough estimate would be 200-400 square feet per diluted gallon of this product.
Hello Gaman and thanks for this question. This product is a concentrate and should be mixed with water before use. For heavy soil you can use 20 oz of concentrate per 1 gal water, and lighter soil will need 5 oz product per 1 gal water.
