Gaps
Door seal is not good can see big gaps at each corner.and door says do not return to store .made by Anderson this is terrible I wish more people put honest reviews out there.

Directions were a little confusing, but the manufacturer has videos on their website that made it so much easier to assemble. Looks great!

I had to replace it for 2nd time, in 10 year period. 1st time they covered replacement door under warranty, but 2nd time they denied warranty. Anderson said it was physical damage which it was but it happened do to swelling from water entering bottom of door frame and swelling partial board at bottom panel...

Core rotted in under 3 years.
Andersen honored the warranty, so to speak. I could pay over $70 to get a replacement or $200-$300 to get upgraded replacement. For free, they will send another panel to my local Home Depot, if the store will order it. It has to be picked up when it arrives, old door taken apart and the new panel assembled with that old hardware and l need to have it installed.
Next time, l will buy from another company.

Used to be decent product
These doors have become relative garbage in a matter of a few years. We previously purchased a 200 series door to install unto a porch rough opening of about 81.5 inches. The frame rails were 80.5 inches (both sides) The new product has rails that are significantly shorter by at least 1.5 inches and will not cover the previous installation profile. Also noticed the final QA is very poor. Our door had glue residue all over it and glue fingerprints from whoever put it together. Won't buy again.
