I can't say for sure if they are or not. But I bought 2 and they did not do well in full sun. Admittedly they were the best that Home Depot had on hand at the time, but they were struggling to begin with. I erroneously thought I could nurse them back to health.

Yeah, mine looked awful, looked diseased. I put in garage, will plant in the spring and see if it grows. I complained and sent to customer service, I buy a lot of plants from Home Depot in the spring, and I have been so happy. However, I go to the store and purchase. I will never buy plants on line from them again.

The tag says #3 times a year. Spring, Summer & Fall. Some of them have a couple of blooms already. I only expected them to bloom once so we will see.
