Shipped fed ex
Would have been great but it was poorly packed and fed ex beat it up,why do these companies keep using FedEx? 95 % of damaged packages I received were FedEx wanted to order again price went up after 2 days but FedEx would just mess it up again anyway ,if I am going to have to pull dents and paint I will just keep the old one

the hinge broke immediately after installation!
After the installation was completed, the opening and closing hinge broken. this is the second time I've ordered this. first time it did not survive the shipping via FedEx.

I would buy the EZ FLO Return Grill again.
The EZ FLO Return Grill was very easy to install. The grill came in a well packed box and undamaged. The grille is very sturdy and well made.

Frame is a little flimsy and as other reviewers have pointed out there are no mounting screws despite them being pictured. Over all great item for the price and I would definitely purchase another one if needed. 12" is the width, 24" is the height. Hinged at bottom.
