What is the ploughed width for this product? Is it one and half inches or one and quarter inches?

Answer

Hi Vish. I'm not quite sure what you are asking for, but the dimensions of this spline are: Width at top "capping" curvature: 3/16" Width at leg: 1/8" Width at bottom locking curvature: 1/4" Height of spline: 1/2" Diagrams of the spline profile are available in the attached instructions on homedepot.com. This spline was designed specifically for use with the EZ Glass Handrail extrusions. We have seen carpenters route boards to accept this spline, but it is a tedious process from my understanding. Thank you for your consideration. Dan H. (EZ Handrail Dev. Team)
