What is the horizontal stress rating at top of post, my engineer shows a 200lb force at post top for permitted plans.

What is recommended spacing if using with ADA handrail mounting on edge of cement sidewalk?
Hi Ronald. A 2.5" minimum edge distance for concrete is highly recommended for 1/4" masonry anchors into concrete (actually more is recommended, but experience tells us this rarely happens). Can I us this post with the EZ rail railing sections on stairs with the pivoting brackets? It says in the description "not recommended for slopes"

I need this post in 38" to match the one's I purchest 3 years back
Cut it down with a metal chop saw for best results
Hi Axle, type in model# EZPRHB-W to find a similar post to three years ago. The only difference is it has a welded 5x5 plate on the bottom versus a separate mounting flange. How do the posts get mounted/installed. If screwed down is it deck screws or through bolts and nuts
This post kit includes four 4" through bolts and spiked tee nuts. The bolt will travel through the post base, through the decking, and finally through "backer" support lumber you install underneath the deck boards between the joists. Please do not use decking board screws; they will fail resulting in a very dangerous situation. Also, wood lag screws are not provided, but sometimes required. 3 5/8" FastenMaster LedgerLocs are my preferred wood screws . Your question may have been referring to lags, but it is important to make these distinctions for everyone to read.
