Planning to use this on my patio built using papers. Will this leave the surface slippery when wet?
The Supreme Seal is a high gloss sealer and will be slippery when wet. You can add grip additive to your second coat to help reduce slipperiness.
I have a wood shed on 4x4 GC pressure treated runners every 4 ft. The concrete pad is beginning to dust up after walking on it. Will this product hard the wood shed runners resting on the concrete pad? Or should I use a water-based sealer?
The Supreme Seal will not stop the concrete from dusting. It will come off with the dust. To fix a dusting issue, you would need to apply a densifier for concrete. Unfortunately, we do not offer a densifier.
How long do I need to wait to apply the Eagle concrete sealer to my newly poured concrete?
We recommend waiting at least 28 days before applying Eagle Sealers.
Will it help secure loose chattahochee stones on my porch
No, Supreme Seal should not be applied to Chattahoochee stones. We manufacture Eagle Chattahoochee Sealer which is designed to be applied to epoxy/resin set stone. Please give us a call if you need more information.
After applying eagle sealer how long before rain should it dry
You need at least 24 hours after application with no rain for the Supreme Seal.
Is this good for exposed aggregate drive way
The Supreme Seal works great on exposed aggregate concrete giving it a high gloss, wet look.
Can it be applied 4 years after initial application of Foundation Armor AR 500
The Supreme Seal looks very similar to the Foundation Armor AR 500. In an exterior application, most of the sealer should be gone after four years, but it is always good to do a test area before proceeding.
does this seal for oil spills?
The Supreme Seal will repel oil and give you a cleanup window depending on what type of oil. Since the Supreme Seal is oil based, if the oil is not cleaned up it will melt into it and discolor it. The water based sealer like our Armor Seal would be better for oil resistance.
