Questions & Answers

Q:I need to cable a tree and was wondering if this bit is able to do the job? Is this bit the whole 36 inches or do i need to buy seperate shanks?

Answer This Question

A:  Hello, Yes this will do the job. It is 36" overall length. Just remember to drill a few inches (or at any sign of binding) and put your drill in reverse to clear chips. Take your time and this will work. Thank you

The worst, the fact that they tricked me into thinking that I bought this product instead of Milwaukee bit, this is the quality that is at the same level as Klein’s bits, they only last one client and that’s it, I guess I have to look somewhere else to buy the Milwaukee bit. I ordered Milwaukee and I got sent this somehow they replaced my order. I finally used them yesterday and one is already dull. Milwaukee will last me for a month this things and Klein’s bit only one day or two max.

I apologize for the problems you had with our bit. I am not sure why you were sent an Eagle Tool instead of the Milwaukee. I would like to investigate this further. Could you send me the order # so I can verify and make sure this does not happen again? Also, I would be happy to send you a replacement Eagle Tool bit if you like to give us another chance.
We are the manufacturer of all Eagle Tool US products and have no affiliation with Milwaukee.
    Thank you EagleToolUSBrand

    Saves time
I get paid one and a half times when I don't have to fix sheetrock. I have considered a fiber optic camera, but I have yet to hit a pipe. A previous employer left me with a bad back and no comp, so I lie when I say "I have yet to hit a pipe" I hit a shower drain over a kitchen island. I was a fixing a mistake of the "man" he decided to keep instead.

      Time saver
Tool was very helpful. Needed to drill from a top shelf to a bottom shelf behind the wall. There was a fire block between the two shelves. With the flexibility of this tool I was able to drill through the fire block without cutting additional holes in the sheet rock. Recommend this for every tool box.

Easily ran an low voltage electric line under the sideway. Just what I needed to get the job done.
          Works as advertised
Note, the 36" bit isn't nearly as flexible as the longer ones, as the description says. Just keep that in mind when purchasing. It was plenty flexible enough to allow me to drill into my basement though.
