The Earlex Spray Port HV6003PUS is a professional grade HVLP sprayer for woodworking and fine finishing projects. The 6003 is made up of three advanced components of the turbine, hose and gun that combine to create a finishing tool that suits the experienced user. The 3-stage Spray Port turbine ensures a balance of production and performance ideal for small paint or finishing shops and even on-site professional use. The PRO-8 spray gun provides precise control and high production with the Wide Spray Air Cap that creates a 30% wider pattern than traditional air caps. Connecting the turbine to the gun is the new 25 ft. HyperFlex hose. The most lightweight and flexible hose on the market, yet so durable you can stand on it without it collapsing. The HV6003 is an ideal sprayer for your professional finishing projects.

          Great system. I used it on my first project...
          Great system. I used it on my first project to paint with General Finishes milk paint and after getting the paint thinned correctly and switching up the nozzles to get the spray pattern I wanted, I was left with an awesome finish. Clean up is a bit of a pain, but I think that's to be expected with any spray system.

          Excellent Sprayer!
          I have wanted a turbine sprayer of my own for some time.I am a finish carpenter and spray a lot of laquer.My company has a 4 stage capspray that cost over $1000 and I actually like this one better.the gun is great and is easily adjustable to fine tune.the unit has all the power I would ever want and the hose (key component with any turbine)is the best I have ever seen. Great product,made in England.You won't be disappointed.

          good deal for the money
          I was going to buy the Fuji mini mite 4 but if you don't like it you can't return it. Home Depot gives you 90 days to return the Earlex so I went ahead and bought the Earlex to paint all my shutters in my home. There were 12 shutters in all to paint. . I never used a spray gun before; maybe its beginners luck but everything turned out great. The Earlex sprayed the waterborne acrylic without a problem. I watered down the acrylic and primer 10%. The controls for the fluid and spray pattern both worked very good. The only problem I could find with the product was when I tried to order some extra parts and they didn't have them because the 6003 is a new product. I was told that maybe the parts will be in January or February 2015. I could not find one thing wrong with the Earlex 6003 so I give it a "A" rating.
