What you are looking for is parchment paper that has a silicone coating and is made pacifically to wrap food for cooking.
No for baking or cooking in the oven do not use it. It will burn but I do use it to wrap sandwiches and other items etc. it’s great for that purpose just don’t apply heat to it

IMO, I would compare it to newspaper or gift wrap in terms of weight, fell and thickness. Definitely not as heavy as a paper grocery bag but still a good multi-purpose paper.
