Very pleasantly surprised by this vacuum. This was our first foray into the robotic vacuum territory and we're glad we picked this one. I have no idea where all the stuff this thing picks up comes from, but we have run it every day for a week and every time it runs there's way more in the bin than I would have expected. We've only run it as a mop once and it ran a pattern to get the entire area then hit a few areas again before heading back to recharge. The only "downside" to this model, and I suspect it's the same for any of them, is that it'll get hung on cords. You'll need to check the area to be sure no charging cords, etc are laying around, otherwise, it'll find them. It's done well around stairs, no cliff dives yet. We're very happy that we bought this vacuum and may buy another so that we have one on each floor.

unreliable
I received this as a warranty replacement for the M88 model. M88 model had scheduling glitches. This is my 2nd replacement and it never makes it back to the charger. Cleans fine I guess if it would finish cleaning and make it back to charger. Just stops mid cycle for no apparent reason. No obstructions in its way. Nothing stuck in its wheels. Just stops and sits there. Plus the app is very glitchy.

Our Most Used Appliance
I had no idea how much cat hair we were living with! Ozmo does an excellent job. I'm spoiled and won't live without one now.
Only negative comment is "he" frequently can't find his way back to the dock to recharge. We rescue him from random places!

Vacumn part works, mopping feature doesn't
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought a different Deebot and it stopped working so it was replaced with the OZMO610. I actually liked the interface of the first one better and the mopping feature on either is terrible. It cannot identify if it's on carpet or tile and is not worth the purchase. I would much rather have paid more for a better unit than either of these. Ecovacs customer service however, is very good.
