Didn't even last a year...
Garbage. Plain and simple. Within 8 months, two board failures and a compressor. Just don't.

Waste of everything
I bought it in Sep 2020 for my basement bar. Usually I do not write reviews but I am so much upset with it and want to share my exp.
1) It is tooo loud, we can hear its noice from main floor
2) Always stopped working(not making ice after 3 days), I had to restart(replug power card) before any gatherings and make ice
3) It was aweful smell if it stopped working, hence whenever I was restarting, I had to clean (drainout water inside, sanitize, again clean with reguler water,make it dry for couple of hours)
4) I better buy ice from out side whenever needed instead of all work above said, hence unplugged it and completely not using.
Need to spend some money for haulway or to recycle it

bad metal taste ice
ice maker has a medal taste we were told to do a cleaning i did that it took taste away for a few weeks now back and to do the cleaning every few weeks is a pain it takes a few hours to do , any ideas , sink that shares water pipes does not have bad water only ice machine taste like medal ..so upset because this is a built in space so i need same size ice maker that is easy to try to replace .any ideas please help , this has been barley used not sure how to stop taste coming back i dump the ice everynight so it keeps making fresh, and that has not helped

This is our second one foe our outdoor kitchen. The first one lasted five years until it died. We got it again because the space was done exactly for that size. The ice is make is little transparent cubes that we love.

Too noisy
It makes plenty of ice. We put it in our kitchen but it is so loud that we are going to have to send it back. I looked at the back of the frig. The little white pump is causing the problem. Very, very noisy.

Ice maker

A great ice maker for the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched ice makers for our outdoor kitchen and this one seemed to have the most for the money. We didn’t want to spend more than 1,000. Good ones are way upwards of that. It’s a great ice maker. It’s fast and keeps it filled up up. The little square cubes are wonderful.
