Q:Are the hookups for water supply and drain hose recessed within the rear of the unit? My under counter space is 24" deep if the hookups aren't recessed, the front of it will stick out. A drawing or photo of the rear showing the hookups would be helpful.

Ok but could be better
Nice looking unit but the ice comes out "wet" and in a sheet that doesn't always break up easily.

No cubes - sheets
This majorly let me down when it fell in sheets versus cubes. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said that was typical. I now have to break up the ice before I can use it.

Not a great start
We had this installed in our new build less than a month ago. It already is making some awful sounds, and now has started leaking water. Having it looked at, so hopefully they can get it fixed.

Nice product makes lots of ice
Great ice maker. Perfect for company and everyday refreshments. My dogs love it that we have this ice machine. They want ice more than doggie treats which is a great diet plan for them. Every time I open the door they are waiting for their treat of ice. It does produce a lot of ice. I do have issue with the controls and how difficult it is to change ice settings. The Operations manual sucks in trying to understand how to program. Sorry but maybe I need a kindergarten teacher telling me how many times to push the button to get the color/setting I need. I need numbers not blinking lights. I had to read the instruction to many times to get it through this thick skull. Also just want everyone to know my ice maker came damaged we sent the pictures in and they are replacing it but I haven't received the new one yet. It should ship on June 23rd 2021. The pump is horrendously LOUD and this machine makes HORRIBLE NOISES. I think because it was damaged. So hopefully the new one will be quiet as a mouse.

Love it!
So happy with this purchase. Ice tastes great and is nearly identical to bagged ice we'd been purchasing from convenience store for years. We LOVE having plentiful and convenient ice. Also - sales rep on phone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
