what size wrench do these require for the top hole for installing and removing the face plate?
Hello, The fixture includes a small hex key in the installation package, which is recommended for installation and removal of the faceplate. If the tool is lost, a 1.5mm hex key (Allen wrench) can be used as a replacement.
Do these mount to a single gang box? What depth is needed?

The required depth from the wall is approximately 0.9 inches (23 mm). Most standard single gang boxes with a depth of around 1.5 inches (38 mm) will be suitable for installation. However, if extra space is needed for wiring or if you're working in a more confined area, we recommend using a deeper box (2 inches or 50 mm). Can you bypass the motion detector and just use the photocell for continuous dusk to dawn operation?
No. There are no adjustable modes available.
We installed these with a Lutron Diva LED+ Dimmer Switch. When we attempt to dim them, they flicker and do not dim. My electrician suggested we try a low-voltage dimmer with a neutral wire. Do you recommend a specific dimmer switch for this product?
This is unlikely to work with a dimmer. These lights with built in sensors or smart features are designed for standard on-off switches or no switch at all. When you dim, you are lowering the voltage, and it is causing the "brains" to fail.
Most LED lights are not dimmable. So without dimming them you may be able to install a dedicated switch in parallel so you can control this light separately
