Plugged unit in for customer and checked set temp. was set at -1. Customer loaded with frozen goods and next morning inside temp of freezer was 95 degrees. Called customer support only to have a recording they no longer take phone calls and email them.
Doesn't work, no customer support... cheap junk

Attractive price and nice quality
We purchased this for our church for use with storing frozen food. It holds plenty of meat and the racks included hold up everything. The unit is on the louder side but it keeps everything frozen and ice-free. Michael was very helpful in answering our questions before we ordered.
