Can this be used as a glass cutter ?
No. Haven't tried it but have never had any thing work but a teue glass cutter. You can only cut certain types of glass as well.
It is not designed for it. I am not sure you can score glass with a carbide point. Glass cutters I have used have all had a chip of diamond as the actual scribing point.
