Country of origin - USA Most common use - hiding your AC w/ the Liberty Lattice AC screen kit. My use - no AC here in the Northwest, but I like to hide my branch-shredder when it's not in use. My experience - the items are carefully packed in double corrugated cardboard, so all the pieces arrived intact. The instructions were clear, the parts were properly sequenced and the drawings helped me make sure I was putting it together correctly. Bonus - if English is not your first language. The parts fit together easily - tip - it's even easier if you assemble indoors where it's warmer and the parts are more flexible. Zippity is easy to communicate with and fast to respond to questions. Tip - the little endcaps may pop out when a joining screw drives through - avoid that with a ten second adjustment w/ your small Dremel abrasive tip (see pic)

This review combines both the roof accessory and the three panel fence screen. It was a breeze to assemble the roof pieces! I used a screw driver which worked well but a drill would have made it a little easier. When we assembled the three sided fence screen we used screw drivers for the individual panels but a drill for the longer screws when all three panels were put together. It would have been helpful if the company would have labelled the pieces but we had to depend on the diagrams in the instructions for accuracy. I felt that the instructions were not that helpful when it came time to join the three panels but we figured it out and were able to attach the roof (sold separately). We thought that we were following the directions but ended up unscrewing one of the panels and realigned it so that the roof would fit on the slats. No harm, no foul. Our heat pump is at the back of the house in plain view of our neighbor. As much as I think that they appreciate a better view now with this screen we now are satisfied that children and animals will stay away. The screens cover the heat pump on three sides and the roof cover provides added protection to keep out stray branches and leaves. It looks great and will withstand all kinds of weather.

This is made of white vinyl and also made in China. It is very easy to assemble only needing a screwdriver for assembly. This is only the top piece, I made the mistake of thinking it included the lattice surround. It doesn't seem sturdy as a stand alone piece which I'm sure it will be when added to lattice work. The vinyl is thick enough to last depending on how much sun it will face.

Zippity Viinyl Slatted rooftop- This accessory to the Zippity A/C surround is very nicely made and the material is of high quality. My hope is that this will help to stop some of the a hail from damaging our new air conditioning unit and supply some shade in our very sunny summers. The instructions claim that it takes 15 minutes to assemble but it took me longer but was much easier than the surround itself. Follow the directions to a T. I had confusion with parts not labeled .

This is an optional accessory for the Zippity Outdoor Products Liberty Lattice 3.5 ft. x 3 ft. White Vinyl AC Screen Fence Panel (#315240907). It fits on top of the Liberty Screen/Fence to add a tabletop feature to that air conditioner screen. It simply sits on top of the posts after removing the post caps. I do wish, however, that this was designed so that the fancy post caps could still be used on the lattice screen. This vinyl slatted top allows the air flow to continue uninterrupted but it gives a finished look to the original 3-sided air conditioner screen. You can add plants or other decorative items on top (it will hold up to 50 lbs.). I love the completed look it gives the Liberty Lattice AC screen and I like that it does not have to be removed to run the A/C. (Zippity also sells a top that is solid, but it has to be removed for running the A/C.) The assembly is quick and easy and instructions are included. This kit also includes (2) 1-inch and (4) 2.5-inch white-coated, stainless steel screws for assembly. It did take more than the estimated time of 15 minutes for me to assemble mainly because the front bar is not pre-drilled and it took time to line the 4 holes up evenly and drill the holes (although the screws are self-tapping, I had difficulty getting them through the end caps). This Zippity accessory is shipped in a box measuring 41"x5"x7.5" and weighs about 10 pounds. It has a manufacturer warranty of 10 years.

This screen looks good, but it was a nightmare to assemble. Definitely a two-person job, and the estimated time to assemble is way off.

Beautiful top to our zippity privacy screen. I like having the top much more than by itself.
