          Burns hot
The only thing I don’t agree with on this product is cooking over it because it does put out a lot of black smoke from the wax so I would only cook over it in a close container

This log burns easily and clean. No bad smell. Better than other brands I’ve tried.

This log burns clean and that’s important to me. I always use 2 for a nice fire.

            Impossible to light
Tried this twice in our solo stove….takes tons of work and time to get to flame. Once it flames, it last a while but not worth the effort.

              Worst Log Ever!
Paper lit, burned on edges for 5 minutes and just smoldered from the inside out all night long.

                Wow these are bad
Do not buy. Returning. I get a larger flame from my bic lighter. Multiple attempts to light with MAP gas lighter even. Funny how all the 5 star reviews are part of a “promotion”… clown emoji! RUN AWAY!!!!!

                  These things are weird
They light easily enough, so I don’t know what other people are complaining about, and they do burn for about three hours as advertised. They’re really weird though. They’re made of compressed shredded cardboard and wax, and they look like it. There are all different colors, most noticeably red, so it doesn’t look like a wood log at all. Maybe you’re into having a romantic trash fire on your Friday nights, but that’s not my style. I won’t be buying these again.

                    Good fire starter
They work great in wood stove. Helps to burn wet wood.

                    Does Not Burn, Only Smolders
These tightly wrapped, recycled paper logs are a well intended attempt at a green product. But not if they don’t light or hold a flame to burn. Several attempts to light per the instructions and each time, it never burned with a consistent flame. Woke up to a lightly smoldering log that filled up the room. Had to flood my fireplace with water to douse it completely. The remainder of the box sadly will be placed in the recycle bin.

                      Terrible
Cheap, poorly made and won’t burn. Waste of money.
