AnswerHeight adjustment is pretty good - I am 6ft and can dangle my legs at the max extension. Depth is not adjustable though. I actually just updated my review to a 2 star after leaning on the arm rest and snapping the plastic casing with the whole thing coming off! Just a warning!

The mesh seat is the key to sitting for a long time, I really like the chair. The package/box was fairly beat-up when delivered. The box was ripped (see pic) and the bag of nuts, bolts and parts was open in the box. All the parts were there and I put the chair together with minimal effort (used a socket set), but it was lucky none of the parts fell out during shipping.

I had considered buying a more expensive chair, but spending $800+ on a chair was a hard pill to swallow. I saw this chair and took a chance on it. I have had it over three weeks with no regrets. It was easy to assemble and it's comfortable. The "springiness" of the back is adjustable (meaning you can lock it in place where it flexes just a bit, or release a pin and really rock back). I like the color as well.
The arm rests don't have much padding if that matters to you, but I rest bare arms on it all the time and don't mind the feel at all.

I am changing my original review grade to a 2. I was casually chatting to a colleague on a video call, rested my hand on the arm rest to adjust my position and then CRACK!! The left hand arm rest snaps off. The quality of the materials really isn’t great with the plastic casing coming apart. Full disclosure, I am 230lbs and work out a lot but I got the chair because it supported heavier weights sooo...... bear that in mind. Only had it 5 months. So coupled with the infuriating reclining pin and shoddy build quality - it’s a no! Which is a shame because I find it comfortable.

If you like the thrill of falling....
The chair, for the most part, is pretty good and value for money. However, there is a pin that restricts how far you can recline back. That little sucker inevitably works its way out of the mount and every 2 or 3 days, I will unceremoniously fall backwards into full recline accompanied but a mildly panicked yelp! This is fine the first time, maybe even the second or third(sometimes I laugh) but it gets really annoying eventually and when you are already stressed out with work or perhaps the day after your SO doesn't land that dream job after months without one due to this awful pandemic, it makes you want to throw your keyboard through the window. However, you don't.......... Rather, you come onto the review page for said chair and find a constructive way to ease the tension...... And now I feel better.
