Product Details

Estate Swing Gate Openers are made for the DIY gate opener customers. Perfect for farm and ranch use. With easy bolt-on brackets and simple setback templates, Estate Swing has made it easy for any homeowner to install their gate opener and automate their gate. Estate Swing gate openers can be installed with simple household tools and do not require any special expertise or building code approval. The Estate Swing 1000D includes a generously sized control box you can house a larger Group size 24 battery than most gate operating systems. A larger Group size 24 battery means more cycles during a time of power outages or low sunlight (if solar is being used). A fully charged Group size 24 deep cycle battery will provide up to 300 cycles or an average of 30 days usage on a basic system before requiring a recharge. Group size 24 battery is not included. This unit comes standard with the kit items needed to automate your gate, including mounting brackets (hardware to affix brackets to the gate and column are not included). All Estate Swings are built to the highest standards worldwide. Each unit is put through rigorous quality control testing on each component. The Estate Swing E-S 1000D meets and exceeds UL325 standards for anti-crushing safety.
  • 1-year electrical / 5-year component limited warranty
  • Capable of operating gates of weight and length up to 12 ft. in length or 600 lbs.
  • Capable of operating gates made of wood, steel, aluminum, vinyl, chain link, etc
  • Large opening arch capabilities, the E-S1000 has the ability to open gates up to 110°, well beyond most other openers
  • Gate post or column size (pull to open): max 6 in. x 6 in. post or gate mounted 3 in. from the rear face of a column
  • A/C charging option: low voltage transformer (battery and 18-Gauge low voltage not included, up to 1000 ft. run for low voltage wire from transformer to battery)
  • Solar option: group 24 battery (not included) charged by 5-Watt / 10-Watt solar panel (included based on options) power wire specification: 16-Gauge wire (purchased separately), length is determined by distance between transformer/solar panel and the battery
  • Brackets are set up to be user customized to fit any need configuration, push to open, pull to open, mounting on back of post, mounting on side of post, etc
  • Obstruction sensing alarm
  • All weather compatible this arm can handle the cold, heat and everything in between

The answer is yes, our gate openers come with brackets which actually will allow "pull-to-open" or "push-to-open", whereas most other manufacturers brackets only allow "pull-to-open".       A:  For the dual gate opener to work properly you will need to cut the concrete to be able to run the wire to the slave side so it gets power from the master side which enables them to work together.
