The Estwing E14100PVCR 1/4 in. x 100 ft. PVC/Rubber Hybrid Air Hose with Brass Fittings is constructed of hybrid materials, giving you the strength and flexibility of rubber with the light weight of PVC. Pliable in even sub-zero temperatures, the hose lies flat or coils up nicely at the end of the day. All weather flexibility lets you work anywhere from minus 40°F to 164°F. Bend resistors prevent wear and tear at the joints and a kink resistant design prolongs the life of the hose. The 1/4 in. NPT industrial fitting and universal coupler are made of solid brass for better performance and increased durability. Reaching up to 100 ft. L, this hose delivers 300 psi for maximum working pressure and the extra length comes in handy for not having to move heavy air compressors as often. I have been looking for a good quality ¼” air hose. I have ordered a hose reel so I can fasten to my shop wall. This size hose is excellent for running air tools, quick jobs of all kinds. It is flexible like a solid rubber hose and coils up easily. The brass ends are good quality and hooked right up to my tools, no leaks. The 300 PSI 100 foot length makes it great for jobs inside the shop or outside where you need a long reach. I plan on using it at the farm with my small compressor and generator.

As a female senior, I didn't expect to get excited about an air hose, but this Estwing hybrid pneumatic air hose really impressed me. It is an excellent replacement for my old mini coiled 25' hose and I am happy to have the 100' length so I don't have to always move my air compressor to reach my project. My old hose was stiff and it was always tangled. This pvc-with-rubber coating hose has a diameter of about 1/2" and it stayed flexible even in below-freezing weather. There was no air leakage and it can stand pressure up to 300 psi. It was easy to wrap around the compressor for storage with no kinking. The rubbery coating gives durability to the hose - it is tough yet lightweight (100' only weighs 7.5 lbs.) and it resists damage from oil, chemicals, and being drug across a rough surface. I like the quality of the solid brass fittings on the end. The 1/4" quick-disconnects enabled me to replace my old hose and accessory in a matter of seconds.

This hose is strong with brass fittings and Its naturally quite flexible and lightweight making it easy to tug around easily. When it was delivered it sat out in zero degree temps all day and straight out of the box it was fully flexible. The 100 foot length is more then I need but convenient to pull out into the driveway without moving the compressor. It stays pretty kink free because its so flexible but I would still recommend putting it on a reel to make the length manageable. Only a few jobs in and so far its holding up good with no leaks.
