The Estwing EFN64 Pneumatic 16-Gauge 2-1/2 in. Straight Finish Nailer with Canvas Bag is specifically designed for such applications as base moulding, crown moulding, chair rails, door and window casing, furniture construction and cabinetry. This air powered nail gun is compatible with 16-Gauge straight finish nails from 1 in. to 2-1/2 in. and has a dual mode trigger for switching quickly between sequential and bump firing. A magnesium body and a 1-piece drive blade of hardened steel result in a rugged and lightweight tool perfect for extended use over long shifts. The quick jam release provides easy access to the drive blade in the event of a jammed fastener, avoiding delays at the job site. Simply turning a wheel near the trigger will adjust the driving depth of the nails for various applications. A comfort grip handle helps to reduce fatigue and increase control during operation and a 360° adjustable exhaust directs air away from your face. The no mar safety tip prevents damage to your working surface, ensuring professional results for DIYers at home as well as construction contractors at the job site. The Pneumatic 16-Gauge 2-1/2 in. Straight Finish Nailer includes a padded canvas storage bag with an adjustable padded shoulder strap, belt hook, swivel fitting, air tool oil and adjustment tools and is covered by Estwing's 5-Year Professional Tool Warranty and 90-Day Wearable Parts Warranty.

sequential means the safety tip and the trigger have to be reset after each shot. Bump fire is holding the trigger down without releasing and every time you press the safety tp of the nailer down it will fire.
Sequential means one after another. When it is pushed against the material you want to drive a nail into then pull the trigger to drive the nail in, the nailer must be pulled back from the surface to repeat this action. In contact mode, when you push the nailer against the surface it will drive the nail without needing to pull the trigger.
