PowerSpeed Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner with Cord Rewind, LED Headlights and Pet Turbo Tool

I could write a long review, but time is an issue. I'll say it perfectly in a short review: We have a Husky rescue/sanctuary. And, I HAVE to have a clean house each day. I'm picky about being clean. What does that tell you about this vacuum? I gave it five stars. It does the job. No dog hair after I vacuum.

WOW! We love it. With my kids making a mess all the time I find myself having to vacuum more often then before. It picks up everything! The dust, hairs, crumbs, toys, etc. I like that it isn't as loud as our last vacuum. This one is new and modern. I love the coiling aspect of the cord because I used to be annoyed with the previous one before. It's not that heavy so it's easy to use and move around. I know Eureka has been making them for years but the technology is getting better. Super easy to clean and dump the trash. Hopefully this one will last us a very long time and we won't need to get another one soon. I hate when they act up and aren't able to use them after. I didn't really notice the headlight aspect but its a neat feature to have.

I’ve had the same vacuum for far too long and was in need of an upgrade. This was it and now I don’t dread this chore any more. The vacuum itself is very lightweight and even on my thicker carpets it glides easy without needing much force, just use the knob on the front to adjust the height according to the type of floor you’re using it on. It picks up everything which as a household with pets is very important. I love the detachable handle to use on upholstery or in the upper corners of my walls where the cobwebs usually are. This vacuum doesn’t miss a beat. A nice touch is the button that automatically winds the cord neatly back into its housing. The only concern i have is the annoying clicking noise the vacuum makes when releasing the lock to recline it back during use.

I have 1 dog that sheds a lot and a combination of tile and carpeted floors throughout my home and was in the market for a new vacuum. It's lightweight, comes with all the attachments you could need and my favorite part is the handle that extends your reach to get into hard to reach places or in the corners of walls where the cobwebs lie. Like others have mentioned it would be helpful if there was an extra attachment to extend further so you didn't have to bend over as much. Also, the annoying plastic click every time you need to recline the vacuum back to use makes me wonder if it'll hold up in the long run, but my house sure is clean and I didn't realize how much my old vacuum missed until I got this one. A big bonus is the size of the canister which is a lot bigger than my last model.

The Eureka PowerSpeed HDUE2CR vacuum is used in my house almost daily thanks to our cute little pup that sheds lovely brown fur on our light ceramic tile. This vacuum doesn't miss a piece of it thanks to the adjustable height clicked over to the "bare floor" option that's easily toggled back and forth. The canister is much larger than on my last vacuum, so less trips to the garbage can and less time vacuuming overall. It comes with all the needed attachments and they seem to stay snug on the vacuum when not in use instead of falling off. My only gripe and the reason for 4 stars is that it takes a lot of force to recline the vacuum cleaner back to use it. It makes a pretty loud plastic popping sound each time and makes me wonder if it'll break.

So happy with this vacuum! I was desperately in need of a new vacuum cleaner and decided to give this Eureka model a try. Very glad I selected it. Not only is this vacuum lightweight and easy to maneuver, it's much quieter than my old, high-decibel vacuum (I actually had to wear earplugs when using it). I love the fact that this Eureka model is bagless and that it has an automatically retractable cord. I can easily carry it up and down the stairs, and the smaller base allows me to get in between furniture and corners like never before. This vacuum comes with a variety of easily interchangeable attachments that work well and make cleaning much easier and faster. The entire machine appears to be very well made and engineered. It has a nice design and it gets high points for functionality. Very pleased with this vacuum!

A good vacuum is not only a way to clean your carpets but it is the best way to extend the life of them as well. This Eureka is very lightweight and nibble when moving across all cleaning surfaces with 5 height settings. I really didn't think it was going to clean that well but if you look at the BEFORE and AFTER photos you can clearly see the results. I guess don't let the size fool you. I really liked the automatic cord rewind feature, LED lights, XL Dust Canister and the pet turbo tool for removing pet hair on furniture.

Looking to replace my other vacuum, and this one checked off everything. Setup took less than 5 minutes, to be honest, the longest part of the putting together was wonder where all the attachments go. Once set, took it for its first ever run. Lots of convenience by utilizing the foot, turning it on and retracting the cord (which is really really nice). However, to recline the arm I had to look at the instructions. All it says was to put the foot at the base and pull back, which when I did that made a really disconcerting click, like I'm breaking it. Seems pretty powerful as you can tell the difference when walking barefoot on the carpet. Emptying out the canister is easy and ready for next time.

What a delightful find! Loving this new Eurika vacuum cleaner! The instructions are clear and simple to understand and it’s so easy to put together! No tools required at all! I had it open and together in a very few minutes. The tools are easy to change and to use and hook onto the body of the vacuum as I move through the house with it. It’s light, easy to maneuver and has powerful suction. I’m using it on hardwoods, tile, area rugs and carpeting and I’m not disappointed with it’s performance on any of these surfaces.

I got this vacuum to keep on one level of my home and leave my Dyson on another level for convenience. Like most vacuums, this one has pretty much the same features as most. It has an easy detachable waste bucket to dump trash. It has LED headlights on the front with good lighting and several attachments including a mini vacuum wand which is belt driven by air suction with good suction power. The biggest selling point this vacuum offers is the built-in cord reel which eliminates the constant hand reeling that I’m sure many would love (including myself). It is pretty light weight so you can hand carry for stair use if you choose, but one big issue I have with this vacuum is the way you release the head to the floor when using. Most will have some sort of foot trigger release, but this unit requires foot pressure on the head while you pull (snap) loose the arm from home position while keeping the head on the floor with your foot and obviously you have to push the arm back up into home position with the same snapping motion. I truly believe this “snapping” motion to rest/release the arm from head will definitely wear over a short amount of time and one would wonder how will you keep the arm in upright position when this part gives out or wear. I definitely prefer a foot release for quality in my opinion. Going back to the light weight construction, I did much of my comparison to my Dyson which is about the same size but far heavier with much thicker plastic quality. I feel the noticeably thin plastic with this vac would force me to use with caution to avoid cracking anything from daily use. All vacuums will take so form of abuse from constant use, but I would suggest taking extra care to extend the life of this model.
