Yes the screw is stainless but if I were you, avoid putting it underwater cause in time it will rust too.It will last for a little while but eventually it will rust
Hi SoCal, the band and housing are made of 201 stainless steel. The hex head screw is made of 410 stainless steel. This clamp is UPC listed. I hope this helps.
Either way you unscrew it all the way or slipped it over the hose.
Don't know what you mean by replacing the screw. If you are talking about the built-in screw of this item, I would say no cause it's not a regular standard threaded screw. The screw is only made for this clamp.Hope I answered your question.
This is not a standard threaded screw or bolt. This screw or bolt is made only for this type of clamp.if you really want to know the exact size have to contact the manufacturer.Hope it help
Sure, why not?
The ads says 1/2 to 1 1/4 in.There are more types of clamps like this one that has bigger size out there. You have to research it.I bought one before and it's about 5in.in diameter.
These would be size #12.
