Q:I bought this on September 13th, 22nd, but at the end of October I covered the patio with the tarp to block the rain. Now, the brown face has turned almost white and started leaking. How long is the warranty period?

A:  I talked to agent "I called the private brands specialist. She said it does not have a warranty. Just a 90 day return policy." so that product do not have warranty I will never buy similar products from home depot and ask about warranty before buy

A:  That’s a question for their store manager, but I can tell you I purchased this tarp and it only lasted three months in spring during mild weather. Would never purchase again. Literally turned to pieces that I had to rack up. Total waste of money. Purchase a better quality.

          Unfortunate Purchase
Bought this brown and silver tarp at Home Depot Bridgeport, CT less than two years ago to cover our lawnmower. Not only is it discolored, it is torn in multiple places. We have an older one that is better in terms of durability. Home Depot suggested that I reach out to the manufacturer since it is beyond 60 days. The company should really reimburse us our hard earned money, because we would have to buy another one for this winter.

            Complete Junk
This tarp is total garbage.. Leaks and is already starting to fall apart after about 6 months of use.

What happened to the UV protection
I've been buying these tarps for several years, not the best quality but last about 3 seasons on my pool. The one I bought in the spring of 2023 has already disintegrated from the sun. Also, the grommets were punched too close to the edge of the tarp which they tore out very easily. Do not buy.

                Not Heavy Duty
I bought this to cover my roof leak while awaiting for a roofer to estimate the damage. After two days the corner tie down ripped from the tarp.

                  Quality worse?
Echoing NHic oct2022, seems like quality has gone downhill. Left tarp 2 or more years old, right tarp about only 1 year old. I think both are EB brand, certainly the right one. Both fromHD. Low sun area.

                    Very poor quality!
I purchased an Everbuilt 12X16 10mil tarp yesterday from the North Spokane Home Depot. This morning I opened the plastic wrapping to use the tarp and pieces of grommets began falling out of the package. Who ever decided to use plastic grommets made a very bad choice and obviously has never used a tarp with plastic grommets. I've attached a couple photos showing the loose grommets, I picked up off garage floor, as well as what the grommet should look like and a location that had no grommet. I'm not sure but suspect that the fastening process for the grommets failed miserably.

They don't last long in the sun!
I've owned several of these tarps and unfortunately they usually only last a matter of months in the Phoenix sun. The last one tore to pieces in just over 90 days but Home Depot did issue me a giftcard. The only way they survive is covered with another old tarp to keep the sun off! I'm going to try a different brand, these are too expensive to not last longer.

It completely shredded on my trip south. Thank goodness we didn’t have any rain or my furniture would’ve been ruined.

                          A cover for the carriage
Purchased item to cover outside wooden carriage. After unpacking I found a warning stating that this item is flammable and to keep away from fire. This warning was not evident on the outside of the unopened package when I purchased it. Otherwise, this product covered my carriage as I had planned.
