        A:  It is NOT M10-1.25. Purchased M10-1.25 Nuts and they do NOT fit. Will add more info when I verify what thread it actually is.

          A:  Kind of depends how big the rectangle is. The closer the casters are together, the closer to 320 lbs you get. I'd have no problem putting 250+ lbs on a 1' square platform. If they are 10' apart, 80 lbs is all you can rely on.

            A:  They are not that large so I would hesitate putting that much weight on 2 inch casters. Definitely go for a larger size.

            A:  I've used these casters, and I'm pleased with them. I've attached them to several dollies I've made. In my experience, as long as the load is fairly well distributed, four 80 pound casters should be able to support a 320 pound load. Finally, I try to match the caster to the job: I don't ask a light duty item to do heavy-duty work.
