We had redecorated our bathroom and installed chrome faucets and chrome door handles. After we were done, our son suggested the chrome hinges. So glad we changed them out. It was really easy to switch out the old hinges with the chrome ones and they are squeak-free as advertised. I definitely would recommend them.

Hinges- be aware….
No, you’re not losing it when you try to take this pre-packaged hinge apart!
Be aware… there’s a Thick coating of sticky glue or clear sealer on the pin holding it in place like rubber cement! (Why? It’s pre-packaged!) Hope you have a “stationary” vice to get it apart!
WD-40 will help dissolve it… but wear gloves ‘cause it transfers onto YOU!

Does not work with Same-brand Hinge Pin Door Stop
Installed as expected but the pins are hard to remove. After the hinge was installed I couldn't remove the pin w/o scuffing the trim. So I removed the hinge & successfully removed the pin, albeit w/much struggle. Even worse is the pin is too short to be used with the matching hinge-pin door-stop. Once you install the door stop, the pin does not make it all the way to the bottom of the hinge. See pic. I will return the unused door stops and go another route.

over engineered
for years and years you could just easily pop out your hinge pin. I googled and looked on YouTube and could not find a way to remove the PIN which is supposed to be a non-rising pin on the everbuilt squeak free door hinge. it is not really a non-rising pin you put a punch in and knock it up from the bottom so to me that's still rising isn't it but to make something more difficult that is historically been easy seems stupid I've never had a hinge that squeaked I always spray WD-40 on them before I reassemble them. but I've never had a problem with a normal hinge so making it more difficult to take out the hinge pin just seems stupid

Buy anything but these
The near impossible task of trying to separate these hinges when you need to install the door is beyond frustrating. Not only does it turn a 10 second task into an hour long one, but it led to damage to my door casing and smashing my knuckles countless of times. I will never buy these again.

Impossible to remove the pin
Spent over an hour, packed with a sticky grease, and the bottom cap is impossible remove. STRAIGHT INTO THE TRASH. Now I will have to wait for a different brand of hinge to arrive in the mail.
