About This Product
Use the 36 in. Tool bar with 5 rubber grips to organize your tools both in the home and in the garage or shed. The wall mount aluminum rail comes with 5 rubber grip hooks, 3 small and 2 large, to hold a variety of tools. Grips slide around to arrange on the rail as needed. Holds larger and smaller diameter tools like rakes, shovels, mops and similar items. Add on extra storage with accessory small rubber grip and large rubber grip hooks (sold separately). The small grip hooks hold 4.4 lbs while the large ones hold 6.6. lbs.

Instructions aren't really necessary, since its just three screws that are spaced apart exactly 16 inches, which is the standard spacing for the studs that is recommended to screw into. If you still need help. check out the provided video on Home Depot's
There are three mounting holes on the Everbilt 36 in. Adjustable Storage Wall Mount Tool Bar. One in the center and one on each end for a total of three holes that are 16 inches apart and 2 inches from each end. We recommend installing each screw into a stud using a 3/32" pilot hole.
Can the tool bar be mounted on cinderblock wall?
Yes it can be mounted on cinder block walls with anchors.
This wall mount tool bar includes drywall anchors. Mounting on a masonry wall will require the appropriate anchors, which are sold separately.

They appear to hold up pretty well and are made sturdy. Mine are instalked in the garage, but you can buy replacement separate hangers if needed.
