What is the real thickness? The specs say 6.2 in!

      Answer This Question

The product is rolled up and the 6.2” refers to how wide the product is rolled up or packaged. There is no thickness provided for in any of the specifications for the product. It is a temporary fence with no weight bearing factors to it.

Can you use it to serve as an overhead trellis for vines to grow on. Max weight is approximately 20lbs over 10 feet? How does the sun and heat affect the fencing?? I would like to put the fencing over an overhead support structure for mirlaton vines to grow on.

      Answer This Question

I suppose you could, its very strong and very durable. Not the most appealing thing to have overhead but if the vines cover it then I guess you would never see it.

How strong is this material? We want to cut sections of it (3' x 4') and use as a "net" to lift 100-200 lb. rock out of a trout stream bed using a person on each corner.

I placed my posts about 6 feet apart but I used coffee cans filled with concrete and four foot posts so my fence was easy to adjust.

not sure if there is an official distance but we just put about 10 feet or so to keep from sagging too bad.

I was looking for some fencing that would keep free ranging pets/ animals out of our youngest son's first pumpkin patch. Instead of installing a some type of chicken wire, this Everbilt barrier fence was the perfect solution. The barrier is easy to work with, it won't tear up your hands as sharp chicken wire tends to do, it simply folds down if you don't need a full 48'' high and it's easily stapled to wooden stakes. While orange can be a sign of a construction area, it can also appear somewhat fall(ish), especially once the large orange pumpkins start growing.

              Safety gap
Replaced the backyard fence. The Code for my area requires that if you have a pool and the fence will be left unattended that some type of barrier has to be put in place. This fence met all the requirements. Was easy to install and easy to remove. Will be storing it for future projects.
