A: The letters are not heavy, so the two screws will hold it fine. I used this number (7), plus some others, on a Rubbermaid laminated shelf section for my house number. You can use clear silicon caulk as an additional adhesive. For that board, I recommend sealing it further to keep out water. I used several coats of white spray paint on a white shelf board and a year later, it's doing well. Best of luck!
