Absolutely Wonderful
This dryer cleaning tool was incredible. Our vent was completely clogged up and this was very easy to use and cleaned the whole thing out to where it was almost shiny inside. Highly recommend.

Works Great
My vent is vertical just like the picture on the package. I bought 2 kits in case 12 feet wouldn’t be long enough. 12 feet was just enough to do the job, very easy to use with or without a drill. I highly recommend this vent cleaning kit.

Works well but the user needs to use common sense. The rods are a balance between rotational stiffness and lateral flexibility. One has to work slowly and carefully depending on the radius and number of bends. A good variable speed drill is a must. Also the amount of debris in the vent will have a great impact on the speed one can progress. The vent I cleaned hadn't been cleaned for 15 years. I twisted a kink in one of the rods when I got too aggressive. I realized that I was pushing more and more debris as I moved forward causing more resistance. I decided that I needed to clear the loosened lint as I moved along so I used a ring clamp to cover the inner vent opening with a thick mil plastic and then cut a cross slit in the middle allowing me to insert my shop vac hose into it with a good seal. I had it in blower configuration and it blew the loosened lint out. I could then go back in with the brush, loosen some more and repeat. It was helpful that I could remove the outer vent flap and work from both directions with the brush. Any tool requires some skill from the user. I recommend it.

This product gets the job done with ease! My dryer wasnt drying anymore and I knew it had to be a clogged vent. I kept having to dry the same load multiple times. I waited far too long to get this cleaning kit!! I wish I had purchased sooner. It cleaned my vent and there was soooo much in there I had no idea. Now my dryer is actually drying the first time I start it and quickly!

Does a great job. Didn’t bother to attach it to our drill, wasn’t necessary. We have a long distance from the dryer vent to where it discharges outside (approx. 154” total length w/2 curves) so the extra attachments to extend the length were very helpful and necessary.

It is pretty terrific. I was worried about opening one of the joints on my vent with the brush but the brush and rods are very flexible. When I insert the brush in the vent line it stopped so then I started spinning it with my drill and it went around the bend in the vent line. I recovered a lot of lint which is a fire hazard. My dryer vent is over 20 feet long and this product only has 12 feet of rod. I will be going back to the Home Depot to get a second one so that I can finish the job.
