A: This is not the recommended use case for this product. Something like welded wire would likely serve you better for a larger animal such as a cat. Here is a link for your convenience: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-4-ft-x-50-ft-14-Gauge-Welded-Wire-308302EB/205960856
A: Scissors work well, straight edge and utility knife also do just fine
A: We simply used kitchen shears
A: I used outdoor Fiskars.
A: Deer may be able to chew through it. Rabbits chewed through ours.
A: I don’t think so. My lab dog repeatedly and easily broke through this garden fencing. I would assume the force of a deer jumping through it would easily break it, as well.
A: Yes you can use it to extend the height of your existing fence but it won't keep the deer out. They can easily jump 6 feet but avoid doing so. Plastic fence deteriorates sure to the sun's UV rays and weather exposure. You'll want to replace it in a year or two. Use wire fencing for this project.
A: A rabbit could possibly chew through this material. We recommend using an Everbilt Galvanized Rabbit Gard. Specifically designed to keep rabbits out.
