Cheap, broke too easily
Needed a side mount, most in store were front mount, so thought I would try this universal mount. Started bending per instructions to fit properly and the cheap plastic just snapped in half. Only got it bent about half as far as I needed for my install. Avoid this cheap product like the plague.

Horrible product
I've purchased twice and both times the plastic arm has snapped while only bending half way where it was supposed to be and at the location the directions say to bend. Do not waste your time

Do not buy!!!
Junk! Waste of time and money. This plastic lever does not bendable. It’s snaps even with the most careful, slow, pressure being applied. Home Depot, stop caring this item! It gives you a bad reputation.

Piece of junk, waste of money
The piece has a "bendable" plastic arm, toward the handle, that is meant to be bent to adjust for side-install toilets.
Piece of junk snapped in half, immediately, despite being "bent" in the direction and area signified by the instructions. Only cost $5 but at this point, I'm more irritated by the fact that I have wasted time and money on a product that clearly doesn't work.

It is not good for angled installation.
The plastic piece is easy to break. When following the instruction, I only bent it a little bit and not reaching the angle I needed, it broke.

Doesn't Bend
Cheapest piece of junk I've ever had the misfortune to "use". It broke when trying to bend as the instructions say. Cut my finger, blood stained my towels, and now I have to go back to the hardware store. Can't really imagine a more catastrophic way for something as simple as a toilet level to fail. Do not buy this product.

Garbage
Knowing that it looked and felt cheap I went easy bending it. Just a little at a time. It still broke. I should have spent the extra $2 on the more expensive one. Now it’s going to cost more on gas to get the new one than TVs one even cost. Learn from my mistake

Broke While Following Instructions.
The plastic bit broke even though I followed all directions to a tee. I’m not an idiot, I know plastic can break if you bend it too much and over and over but it was only the second time adjusting the angle for my toilet and it snapped. It was too late at night to go back so i melted the plastic together in order to work. I will be getting a better lever in the morning.
