Wrong item and defective
First off, the product pictured is not the product sold. The top arm is not shorter as pictured. Second, the brilliant person who designed this placed the screw hole too close to the bracket connection, so, unless you have a 1 inch screwdriver or drill, there's no clearance to actually access the screw. Terrible product.
