Great curb appeal.......love it!!
The finished product looks great, but does take a little tweeking to get the desired result. I used a 6x6 post, buried 42" in the ground (no concrete) but the top of my wood post I had to shave off about 1/8" all around for it to fit up into the "stacked stone cover". Forget about screwing the mailbox directly to the suppled "shelf". Shelf is for most part hollow with no grab for the screws. The paper box is too small for the Sunday paper we get, but that's fine, paper just gets put in the mailbox. The screws supplied for mailbox support are pretty worthless.......buy some new quality screws. I stripped mine even after pre-drilling the holes. I painted the mailbox holder, cap and address number frame to match my house. All in all, we love the look.....should last a long time. Lots of compliments too!

looks great!!
great product. only wish they made the inside part of the sleeve flat instead of bumpy. It took a couple shims to level it on a level 6x6 and was a little difficult to shim from it being bumpy inside. The bumps in the inside from the way they cast the sleeve. Overall easy install but be sure to buy some shims and also you need a masonary drill bit or a carbide tiped glass drill bit to drill through the cast. And definitely use a 6x6 post it feels sturdier.
