Thank you for your interest. I would like to let you know that our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles. As long as the arm rests and front and rear head rests are completely removable, and there are no built-in seat belts in the seats, and it is a solid bench in the back, then our covers should fit your 2006 Chrysler 300 C seats nicely. Please keep in mind we do not guarantee a perfect fit, for they are designed for a universal fit.
