Rip on fingers
Every pair of these gloves i have ever bought always seems to rip along the stitching on the middle finger. I've tried every style of these and then ultimately switched brands

NOT FOR HEAVY DUTY JOBS
Not meant for anything actually involving heavy work. my husband works in a quarry and these gloves didn't work make it past the two hour mark. Pure disappointment.

These gloves ALMOST worked
I really loved the fit of these gloves but after the first project using them the middle finger busted out. The side of the finger tips is definitely the weakest link in these gloves. The weight, the breathability were great, I liked the positioning of the hard shells but they just didn't last. I would definitely not consider these "Heavy Duty"

These are NOT heavy duty as sold.
I wore these gloves twice as a DIY homeowner. I had them maybe 3 weeks. Putting them on the second time, the bottom of the glove (palm) tore away from the palm and thumb (see pic). They fit well, offer a good grip and they protect your hands. I will be going back to home depot.

NOT HEAVY DUTY
i am not sure what their definition of “heavy duty” is but i wore these gloves once, while raking leaves, and the fingers ripped out of them. For $20 i was expecting them to last for a few months. Dont waste your money on these cheap, made in China, gloves

I bought these because I just started a new job...
I bought these because I just started a new job in a cold warehouse pulling orders, stocking and receiving. The cold and the cardboard was tearing my fingers up. Firm grip and heavy duty seemed to be exactly what I needed. After the very first day there was already a tear on the underside of the glove. Now I'm two weeks in and two of the fingers have split open so my fingers keep popping out while trying to do my job. Absolute garbage! So now I need to go find a new pair of gloves.

tough gloves
I was unsure about these gloves because of the negative reviews but I had to try them for myself. Ive been using the for furnace tune ups, they protect my hands from the sheet metal and they’re holding up nicely.

Ripped at seams
Great comfort and usability, but ripped at the seams after only a few uses. Returning and going back to the duck leather versions i had before, They were much better.

Expensive Disposables
Only got a single-time use when the seam at the base of the palm began to come apart. I had done nothing more demanding than ride a bike and move half a dozen pieces of sheet rocks. The gloves still look unsoiled, unworn and brand new, except for the gapping open seam between the wrist and palm of the glove. These gloves appear to have a lot of nice features except for durability and use beyond a single day.

Fell apart after 2.5 hours
I've never owned this type of glove before but the words 'heavy duty' sold me and though they cost a little more, I was willing to pay more to get a good pair of gloves. I've worn them 3 times, totaling 2.5 hours and have holes in the right and the left hand. The left glove has my finger bare and the right glove is torn at the wrist. I didn't abuse the gloves, though I did work with them on. But isn't that what work gloves are for? Save your money. The cheap synthetic material used on Firm Grip gloves tears after little use and is a bad design. Buy a glove with some substance, like leather of days gone by.
