Flex Seal Liquid Gray is liquid rubber in a can. Brush it, roll it, dip it or pour it anywhere you need a watertight, flexible coating, and it dries to a strong rubberized barrier that seals out water, air and moisture. This 1 gal. container covers approximately 150 sq. ft., which suits flat roofs, RV roofs, decks, foundations and large gutter runs. For roofing, apply 2 to 3 coats with a 3/4 in. nap roller. When pouring, apply no more than a 1/4 in. layer at a time and build in multiple thin coats, since a single thick layer will cure only on the outer surface. Flex Seal Liquid withstands temperatures from minus 80°F to 350°F and resists rain, snow, sun, hail, UV degradation, mildew and chemicals. It forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non-slip barrier that will not shrink or wash away, prevents rust and corrosion, and is safe to use around plants. It dries to a satin gray finish, dries to the touch in 6 to 12 hours and fully cures within 24 to 48 hours. Apply at least 24 hours before heavy rain.
